A Physical Therapy Career With Real Work-Life Balance
This is How a Physical Therapy Career Should Feel
At Adept Physical Therapy, we have built something we are genuinely proud of: a practice where patients receive one-on-one care from a licensed therapist at every single visit, where the work is meaningful, and where the team truly supports one another.
We are a small, close-knit clinic with a big commitment to doing things the right way. If you are a physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, or healthcare professional who shares our passion for patient-centered care, we would love to hear from you.

We Don't Just Talk About Work-Life Balance.
We Protect It.
We understand that your best work happens when you are fulfilled both inside and outside the clinic.
A low patient load of 10 to 12 patients per day means you leave work feeling accomplished, not depleted.
One-hour evaluations mean you actually get to know your patients.
And a team culture built on mutual respect means your time, energy, and personal life are genuinely valued here.

And when you are ready to get away from it all, you are in the right place for that too. Adept is located just 30 minutes from Washington D.C., 20 minutes from Tysons Corner in Northern Virginia, and a short drive from some of the region's most beautiful outdoor spaces, including Great Falls and Sugarloaf Mountain.
Here, your commute is manageable, your lunch break is enjoyable, and your weekends are worth looking forward to.

WHAT EMPLOYEES SAY
ABOUT WORKING AT
ADEPT PHYSICAL THERAPY
"I have loved being an employee at Adept Physical Therapy. I have worked as a PT at four previous companies, and I have been more fulfilled and happy working at Adept PT than I have been at any previous job.
Gary was honest and transparent from the very beginning of the hiring process. We were able to have honest conversations about salary, work hours, time off needs, and any other work-related topics. He is a good listener and took the time to understand and answer any questions I had.
As an employee at Adept PT, I feel like I am part of something bigger than myself, which for me is very rewarding. When I read the clinic philosophy on their website it really resonated with my career purpose, and was the reason I applied to work there.
One of the main ways they made this possible is because they are one of the few outpatient PT clinics that provides one-on-one patient care, where the PT sees only one patient at a time. Despite working one-on-one with patients, there is a strong teamwork and community feel to being a member of the Adept PT staff.
My coworkers made efforts to get to know me, ask how my weekend was, laugh together, and have genuine conversations during the day, which promoted a feeling of family and community in the clinic. I feel like we were all working together to create a positive, uplifting atmosphere and improve the lives of our patients, and it just feels good to be part of that.
I could see myself working at Adept PT for years to come. Sadly, my husband's job was relocated out of state and I needed to resign after nine months, but I wish circumstances were different and I could have stayed. I consider myself blessed to have been part of the Adept PT team."
