Melissa Kramer brings 25 years of outpatient orthopedic experience to the Adept team. She graduated with distinction from Alvernia College in Reading, PA, and holds a certification in strength and conditioning, which informs her thoughtful, progressive approach to rehabilitation.
Over her career, Melissa has worked across a wide range of specialties, including aquatic therapy, lymphedema management, cancer rehabilitation, breast cancer rehabilitation, work reintegration, back education, and sports medicine. That breadth of experience means she is well-equipped to meet patients wherever they are in their recovery.
Melissa is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making every patient feel seen and supported.
Outside of work, she dedicates her time to her family and can often be found cheering on her daughters at their sporting events.
