Gary Lin has been practicing physical therapy since 2001.  He received his Master’s in Physical Therapy from NOVA Southeastern in Florida and Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from the University of Maryland at College Park.  He is a current member of the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association).

He did his training at the Veteran’s Affairs hospital in Baltimore working in the ICU and with amputees.  This was followed by his sports rehabilitation rotation at Cal Ripken’s Acceleration Clinic in Columbia, MD.

Gary has enjoyed treating various ailments including foot/ankle, post-operative knee and hip, injuries of the spine, but he especially enjoys working with neck and back pain as well as the shoulders since he views them as the most challenging areas of the body to work with.

He spends his time with his wife, Adriana, and their dogs, Gordo and Jacob, traveling whenever possible, and perfecting the art of raising tropical fish.

Soojin Cahill graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise in 2009. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2013. Soojin values the importance of an individualized program that incorporates evidence-based philosophies and manual therapy techniques accompanied by exercise to improve the quality of life and functional goals of all her patients.

Soojin is a strong believer in enhancing her clinical skills with continuing education and continues to seek further specialized certifications in sports physical therapy, dry needling, orthopedics and manual therapy. Soojin follows the world-renowned Maitland-Australian approach and is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT). She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

In her free time, Soojin enjoys playing soccer, working out, snowboarding, painting, drawing, and watching the Commanders, Nationals, and Capitals play.

Kimberly Warren graduated from University of Maryland at College Park with a B.S in Kinesiology. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Additionally, she looked to expand her knowledge of exercise by becoming a certified personal trainer. Kimberly values direct and focused patient care with a combination of manual techniques, exercise, and continuously updated, structured home programs with each patient’s progress.

Kimberly was born and raised in Montgomery County and in her spare time loves trying new local restaurants. She also enjoys working out, playing softball, going on walks or hiking, spending time with her friends and family, and drinking bubble tea.

Lydia Li graduated from Ithaca College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. Lydia always knew she wanted to work with people and is grateful to have a job where she can help others get back to the activities that they want and love to do. Lydia values spending time finding out what each patient’s PT goals are and building an individualized care plan to help them achieve it. In her free time, Lydia enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, hiking, scrapbooking, and traveling.

Melissa Kramer is a licensed physical therapist assistant with 23 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. She graduated from Alvernia College located in Reading, PA with distinction in 2001.

Melissa has primarily treated orthopedic patients; however, she also has experience working in aquatic therapy, lymphedema management, cancer rehabilitation, breast cancer rehabilitation, work reintegration, body mechanics training/back education training and sports medicine. In addition to being a physical therapist assistant, Melissa is also a certified strength and conditioning instructor. Melissa is passionate about providing the best possible care and customer service to all her patients.

Outside of the clinic Melissa dedicates most of her time to her family and being a spectator at her daughters’ sporting events.

Adriana Lin is our Office Manager and patient advocate. Her role is to make sure all our patient’s experience is a smooth one from the time they first step in through our doors and until discharge.  She is the engine that keeps Adept Physical Therapy running.

Adriana was born in Colombia and came to the United States in 2011. In Colombia, she studied psychiatry and after graduating she worked for a few large Latin American companies. Her favorite activities include singing (ask her about auditioning for Colombia’s equivalent to American Idol), traveling, and being around family.

Arlet Ramirez also works as a patient advocate for Adept Physical Therapy.  She was born in the Philippines and came in United State of America  in 2018. She graduated from Negros Oriental State University in Bais City Campus II, in 2000. Arlet received her  Bachelor of Science in Commerce. My favorite activities is cooking, traveling, watching films, listening music and like hanging out with my friends and relatives.
