Dr. Ancy Alford earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University at Albany, NY, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2015. She is also a certified dry needling practitioner.
Ancy's approach to care is built on the belief that no two patients are alike. She takes time to understand each person's unique goals and finds the right combination of treatments to help them get there. Her toolkit includes manual therapy, muscle energy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and dry needling, and she regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices.
In her free time, Ancy loves hiking, traveling, painting, doing puzzles, watching hockey and superhero movies, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and two cats.
