The physical therapists are nice as are the receptionists. However, before booking know that they are unreliable with times. My appointments were changed last minute (within 24 hours) twice, mis-scheduled for a time I couldn't make (which thankfully I wasn't charged for), and even cancelled 5 minutes AFTER it was scheduled to start. All of that with no repercussions, yet if I cancel within 24 hours it's an $80 charge. Also, even though it says they open at 8am, don't bother calling until at least 9am. No one will pick up before then

I was referred to Adept by a friend who had previously used their services. From the initial contact to schedule an appointment, through the diagnostic assessment conducted by Gary Lin, and the subsequent treatment sessions, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I had the privilege of working with Melissa Kramer, and within six sessions, I witnessed a remarkable improvement in my specific area of concern. I would highly recommend this physical therapy practice.

Adept is an excellent Physical Therapy practice. Soojin Cahill was recommended to me by a physiatrist and she is a gem. She is passionate about helping her patients and is very knowledgeable. She helped me recover after having surgery to repair a torn tendon in my hip and I can't speak highly enough about her skills and her empathy. Her cheerfulness, optimism, and care are exemplary. Edited to add that everyone at Adept is so pleasant and friendly!

I can't speak highly enough of Kim and the whole team at Adept! Everyone I interacted with at Adept was great, from Adriana and Arlet (patient advocates) to the other physical therapists who were always friendly and kind, but especially Kim who was extremely patient and positive throughout my whole PT experience. I hope I don't need PT services again soon, but if I do, I'll be sure to reach out to Adept and Kim again!

I have nothng but words of praise for Gary Lin and his staff. Gary helped me recover from a torn Achilles tendon. His therapy improved my balance and ability to walk. I have recommended my wife to him for her back problems.

The best physical therapy facility I’ve been to; quiet environment and very knowledgeable staff. Kim was attentive and provided tailored exercises which were crucial in improving my symptoms.
